To the front of the house there is an attractive lawned garden which is fully enclosed for the safety of children and dogs and includes a terraced patio with garden furniture and sun loungers. This area can also be accessed via the bi-folding doors from the living room.
Luxurious bath sheets and hand towels are provided for guests along with hand soaps and toiletries. The beds are made up with high-quality Egyptian Cotton bed linen and a hairdryer is supplied.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but they must be kept to the uncarpeted areas of the property, are not permitted in the bedrooms and are not allowed on the furniture. It is essential that owners clean up after their dogs and respect the access requirements of the estate. The area surrounding the barn is farmland and dogs must be kept under control at all times, and particularly when there is livestock in the adjacent fields. Please advise at the time of booking if you will be bringing your dog.
There is an additional cost of £20 per dog.
